Accommodation is only possible :
- by weekend ( Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m. )
- per midweek ( Monday 5 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m. )
- per week ( Monday 5 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m. )

Prices are always for the entire house regardless of the number of people staying (maximum allowed)
Included in the price :
- Clean bed, bath and kitchen linens (no beach towels)
- Nominal consumption of water, electricity and gas
- Starter pack with trash bags, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, …
- Unlimited use of stable and fast Wi-Fi
- Final cleaning
- Tourist tax
Not included:
Security deposit of 400€. This will be refunded to the same account within 2 weeks of your stay.

Payment terms:
After your reservation request, we will send a confirmation via email. (Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received anything within 24 hours)
To confirm your reservation, pay 50% of the total sum within 5 days via bank transfer.
We expect the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival via banktransfer on the same account
The deposit will be returned to the same account within 2 weeks after your stay.
