Exercising together under the guidance of Hanna Mariën

Hanna puts together the sports incentive tailored for your team. Among other things, you can choose from the following sports activities:

• A blissful beach run on the beach
• A cold workout in the sea
• Relaxation and stretching on the beach
• Sea kayaking
• A competitive sea rafting event
• Beach biking on the beach
• A survival course on the beach
• An individual health screening
• Golf surfing initiation
• Initiation kitesurfing
• Initiation supping

All activities on the beach are organized in cooperation with the O’Neill beach club in Blankenberge.

Hanna also likes to take you for a bike ride by mountain bike or road bike in the hinterland of Blankenberge.

In addition, you can also opt for an initiation padel. This new sport is enjoying tremendous success for good reason. Padel is very accessible to everyone, you get away with it very quickly, it’s super fun and social.

Hanna Marien

All sports activities are personally supervised by Hanna Mariën.

Hanna Mariën is a former elite athlete, personal coach and functional training expert.

A sprint star, she was part of the Belgian 4×100-meter team, which won gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Together with Elfje Willemsen, she formed the Belgian Bullets, the national bobsled team that was still active in the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Sports activities always continue on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Your stay in the vacation rental starts on Monday afternoon 17h and lasts until Friday morning 10h.

The sports incentives are organized throughout the year except during school vacations.
